Succulent Sweet Potato Fries

This is a delicious side or snack. These sweet potato fries are best served hot from the oven. I took it right out of the cookbook: “CLEAN FOOD,” by Terry Walters (p 166)

3-4 sweet potatoes
1 TB extra virgin olive oil
1 TB balsamic vinegar
1 TB maple syrup
2 tsp. cinnamon
Course sea salt
Wash and slice potatoes into sticks. Place in a large bowl.

Drizzle on remaining ingredients and toss to cover evenly. Spread the “fries”
out evenly on a cookie sheet. Bake for 15 min at 350, remove and flip the fries. Bake another 20 minutes.
Serves 6 or (3 of us, because we liked them a lot!)
