5 Minute Stir-Fry

The lowly cabbage moves to center-stage in this snappy stir-fry!

Red cabbage is low in calories yet filling, high  in dietary fiber and packed full of  a wealth of vitamins.  Coupled with vibrant orange carrots and a small handful of sesame seeds, you have a power-packed lunch or dinner that will fuel you right through the rest of your day.

No chance of ending up with limp, flavorless cabbage with this recipe! You just gently and quickly stir-fry in sesame oil for a brief 5 minutes.

Wash the cabbage, carrots, and avocado.

Slice the cabbage in thin slices and stir-fry over medium- medium high heat in approx. 1-2T sesame oil.

Slice carrots into matchsticks and peel and slice the avocado.

Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
