Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 C diced mango
- 2 C strawberries
- 2-3 C broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 3/4 C raisins
- 1/2 C toasted pecans (toasted approx. 5 minutes in 400 degree oven)
- Himalayan salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
Combine all ingredients and serve. (NOTE: Chill before serving, if using fresh strawberries and mango.)
Refrigerate any leftovers.
