This latte can ease the transition from regular milk lattes to nut milk lattes. It’s that good!
Tip: Try fresh mint leaves for this tea. It is very easy to grow, even if you only have a small space and a few clay pots.

So, let’s get busy and whip up this latte~
- 1 bunch of fresh mint leaves
- boiling water
- 2 T hemp seeds
- 1 1/2 C filtered water
- 2 tsp of honey
- Bring water to boil and steep the mint leaves for about 8 minutes.
- In a high-powered blender, blend the hemp seeds and filtered water for one full minute.
- Pour the tea into your cup, filling about 3/4’s full and top off with frothy hemp milk.
- Drizzle honey on top.
