This recipe makes enough for one “generous” serving, or two modest servings. NOTE: You may serve immediately, or chill first, IF you can control yourself! Our pudding NEVER makes it to the refrigerator.

Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 6 T cacao powder
- 1/4 C raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in the food processor (or blender) and puree until smooth. Enjoy!
