Frozen Bananas with Mini Chocolate Chips

  • Frozen bananas
  • Dark chocolate mini chocolate chips
  1. Place your frozen bananas and put them in a  high-quality blender (such as a Vitamix).
  2. Blend until you achieve a consistency that resembles soft serve.

You can add up to 1/4 cup milk of choice or another liquid for desired consistency.  Once the soft-serve texture is reached, eat immediately,  or freeze an additional 30 minutes.  This will give you a firmer banana ice cream texture.

Use an ice cream scooper and serve with the dark chocolate mini chocolate chips.
