Lunch in a Glass Jar

What a treat for the tastebuds!  It is delicious and gives lots of energy.  Eaten and enjoyed by 2 teens. Make one for yourself and substitute with your favorite vegetables, grains, beans and herbs

  • Cooked Red Quinoa (DELICIOUS!)
  • Chopped Raw Carrots
  • Chopped Raw Cauliflower
  • Garbanzo Beans
  • Chopped Raw Kale
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • Lemon-Tahini Dressing (Tahini is a paste made from ground sesame seeds)
