As a health coach and nutrition researcher, my mind gets bogged down with conflicting study findings within the nutritional literature. However, as I observe myself and my clients forge ahead with the healing process, I do find consistencies.
Here’s the secret . . . we are all different, too much of anything is not good for us. What one person can tolerate, another person may find toxic. Even within a person’s own lifetime one may find all of a sudden they are unable to tolerate a food, social situation, environmental setting, etc. This is all part of the health process. Taking the time to listen, and responding to yourself in a kind and compassionate way. Here is one nutritional example I personally struggle with and I want to share it with you. Coffee. I love it, but it is not loving me back.
If you would like a copy of an interesting handout on Coffee Quirks and Perks, go to the Connect tab and send me a request. I hope to hear from you.
Coffee? You decide. Check out this article.
